And in case you want more information about what your job duties would be, we have included the job description below:

•        Greet guests (customers) in a warm, friendly manner.
•        Enter guest (customer) vehicle information into the VIOC Point of Sale (POS) system.
•        Present the benefits of Valvoline motor oils to guests and help guests select the appropriate oil for their vehicle.
•        Present additional services to guests based on manufacturer & Valvoline recommendations, as well as visual inspection.
•        Complete the guest's service by providing the guest with a copy of the invoice and complete the financial transaction.
•        Ensure guest is highly satisfied with their service and encourage them to call the 800 number and complete the SMG survey.
•        Adhere to all company policies and Super-Pro 10 procedures.
•        Perform top-side basic services by adhering to VIOC procedures.
•        checking and filling fluids under the hood
•        pulling out and replacing air filters, batteries and windshield wipers
•        checking tire pressure
•        Perform top-side basic services by adhering to VIOC procedures.
•        Perform second-party checks for bottom-side Technician by visually verifying and performing call outs to ensure all necessary services have been performed correctly.
•        Maintain the service center areas to maintain VIOC's reputation for quality service and to attract guests and avoid safety hazards.
•        ensure guest waiting area and rest rooms are clean
•        ensure counters and desk areas are neat, clean and well organized
•        ensure floors are clean and in compliance with VIOC safety regulations
•        ensure outside and parking lot area around service center are clean and presentable
•        Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills
