For Associate Level Candidates:
-2+ years of experience building large scale C++ applications on Unix.
-Financial application experience is helpful but not required

Responsibilities will include:
- Acting as project lead and driving projects from beginning to end, taking full ownership for completion and delivery.
- Working with business units in gathering and documentatopm of the requirements.
- Design, develope and implement software solutions in C++.
- Deploying solutions in a highly distributed Linux plant.
- Providing level 3 support to users and working with end users to ensure reliability to the applications
Skills Required For VP level Candidates:
-7 + years of experience building large scale, real time trading systems
