Description
Must have strong phone skills, strong computer skills and a desire to succeed. This position will primarily handle inbound telephone calls from; our auto or powersports dealers who need a system demonstration or help desk support. The customer service rep may make follow up calls to make sure system is working properly or to advise dealers of new functionality. You must be able to maintain accurate contact records in the CRM. You must have the ability to work independently and make sound decisions. Occasional overtime or occasional Saturday hours may be required.

Skills
REQUIREMENTS: •A minimum of 2 years experience in a dealership or with a dealership management system or dealer customer service. •Strong computer, written and verbal communication skills are a must. •Must have a high degree of efficiency, organization and motivation in work habits. •Must have strong attention to detail. •Associated degree or higher preferred. •Experience in a DEALERSHIP preferred.
