Benefits Administrator

WNY Is seeking an experienced Benefits Coordinator to join their Human Resources team.

The Benefits Coordinator will handle administration all aspects of company benefits including health benefits, COBRA, disability, FMLA for employees . The Benefits Coordinator will also manage the 401k program including reporting, and provide administrative support to the HR Director and HR projects.

Requirements

Must have at least 2-4 years of experience working directly with employee benefits, insurance, 401K Knowledge, strong Microsoft Excel / Word skills and excellent organization skills and Bachelor's degree.
