The Employee Engagement & Compensation Director is a key member of the LASROC team. Responsible for the oversight of RCN’s Human Resource management, and compliance. Assist the Director of Finance with special projects and support as needed; by performing the following duties.

• Takes a lead role in developing relationships with employers in the community to foster possible partnerships in placing consumers in competitive employment.
• To assist consumers with learning the skills (interviewing, job searching and job preparation) necessary to find competitive employment in the community.
