Responsible for the day to day activities that ensure program compliance with regulatory guidelines as well as supports individuals with mental illness and chemical dependency with living independently in the community. This work ensures that housing is safe and healthy, apartment turnover is completed and timely, property maintenance and improvements are adequate, inventory of furnishings is maintained and client goals are met. Position requires regular travel within Monroe County and occasional transportation of clients.
High school diploma and 1-2 years’ experience in cleaning or housing/apartment experience. NYS motor
vehicle license, safe driving record and availability of personal vehicle for work required.
Full-time, 35 hours. Monday – Friday days. Occasional evening and weekends required to meet client needs.
