The Administrative Coordinator will report to the Executive Director and work closely with both the Executive Director and the Director of Operations. The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for all administrative operations tasks within the agency.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Answer phones and field questions appropriately
• Answer the door and direct guests who come to use Cameron office resources to appropriate place
• Schedule appointments for guests
• Provide referrals when necessary
• Maintain CRM, (non-profit fundraising software) and keep donor and mailing list current
• Input checks into database and scan/make copies for Director and Bookkeeper
• Maintain an Excel spreadsheet recording monthly deposits, send to Director monthly
• Compile and record monthly program totals and report to Director
• Compile year-end tax/donation reports
• Attend speaking engagements, develop relationships with supporters
• Conduct tours
• Produce TIMELY thank you notes (ongoing) and tax letters/receipts when necessary
• Maintain office supplies inventory, place orders with WB Mason with Director of Operations’ approval
• Sort and distribute daily mail
• Coordinate direct mailings – fold, stuff, put together newsletters, mail
• Complete filing & organization tasks
• Schedule and organize activities such as meetings in the building for outside groups
• Accept material donations and ensure proper placement, keep office neat
• Assist in coordinating donation drives
• Other duties as assigned including helping with volunteers

Qualifications and Experience
• A person of demonstrated faith and values
• Minimum Associates Degree required
• At least one year of not for profit experience preferable
• Excellent organizational skills, including attention to detail and meeting deadlines
• Strong administrative skills
• Strong analytical abilities
• Ability to multi-task, meet concurrent deadlines, and shift gears quickly
• Good interpersonal skills, manners, and listening skills
• Good communication skills, both written and spoken
• Computer proficiency (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)
• Ability to work sensitively with people of diverse cultural, racial, and economic backgrounds
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated, team player, highly ethical

Compensation
• Full Time non-exempt 8:30am-4pm
• Salary $14.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
