The Counselor will provide comprehensive psychosocial assessment and diagnostic services to patients in an outpatient setting. Provide comprehensive case management services and coordinate services with collateral service providers. Provide individual, family or crisis counseling to a caseload of up to 35 clients.
Associates Degree/Bachelors – in related field with additional of 1-year Chemical Dependency counseling preferred or CASAC-T. CPR required within 6 months of hire.
