Part-Time Human Resources Clerk

Assists the Director of Finance & Human Resources with a variety of HR related duties. In addition, will help with bookkeeping duties. The candidate will manage human resource compliance experience and benefits administration for all programs and the agency as a whole, maintaining all program personnel records, typing correspondence, open enrollment, onboarding and offboarding, and working with 3rd party administrator for FMLA, PFL, and DBL. Will attend offsite HR meetings monthly and seminars. Perform related work as required.

QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of three years of experience in a mid-level HR administrative support position, and an Associate's degree in business, finance, or accounting preferred. Strong Excel skills a must. Must be detail oriented, and have superior organizational skills along with a strong understanding of accounting principles. In addition, applicant must be able to multitask and stay focused, and respect and maintain confidentiality. Applicants must have the ability to relate well to other professionals and individuals with varied socio-economic backgrounds. Applicant must be self-motivated to learn and stay current on Human Resources regulations. Experience with Fund E-Z financial software is a plus.
