Director of Donor Engagement

As Director of Donor Engagement, you would be responsible for oversight of the annual campaign, the major gifts program as well as donor engagement and recognition. Other duties include:
• Helping donors fulfill their passions and interests through giving to Catholic Family Center
• Oversight/supervision of the Mission Advancement Specialist ensuring data in entered accurately and donor are thanked in a timely and appropriate way

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years donor engagement experience in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail. Time management skills and the ability to work under deadlines. Experience with donor database software (preferably Raiser’s Edge). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of products. Knowledge of tax laws that impact charitable giving, personal assets and estates.

Director of Finance

The Director of Finance is the Chief Financial Officer at The Center for Youth and is responsible for the oversight and supervision of all the financial and fiscal operations at The Center. The Director takes the lead responsibility for budget projection, development and management and provides oversight and supervision for the agency's financial management operations, procedures and controls and works closely with the Audit and Finance Committee of the Board of Directors. Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Coordinator will report to the Executive Director and work closely with both the Executive Director and the Director of Operations. The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for all administrative operations tasks within the agency.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
