Project 1: Bad Debt Curing

This project was initiated at the behest of the President of the company, and I was entrusted with scrutinizing old (180 Days +) Customer Accounts.

After manually scrutinizing orders ranging 18 months in the past, I was able to find over 400 customer accounts that were never collected.

At the end of the project, I was able to cure Bad Debts worth $ 100 K.


Project 2: ERP Data Migration

With the proposed launch of a new ERP System in the organization, I was entrusted with the responsibility of managing the migration of all Data records from the legacy systems to the new integrated ERP.

This involved working with the ERP Vendor’s data migration team to provide them with all requisite data sets in the required formats.

The migration process was divided into four phases, i.e., Data Extraction, Data Cleansing, Reformatting, QA. All the four phases were managed by me with the help of a team of Department Representatives and QA Analysts.


Project 3: Company Wide Training Coordination

With the proposed launch of a new ERP System in the organization, I was assigned the job of coordinating training for all employees and departments.

The Project involved managing the ERP Vendors’ training team for on time and efficient training delivery.

The project completed 2 weeks ahead of schedule.



Project 4: ERP Go Live PM

The new ERP System Go Live was designed to last for a week, with various components and departments of the organization going live on the system in a phased manner.

I was the appointed Project Manager for the Go Live, and was made responsible for the overall success of the activity.

All departments went live on time and the system was up and running as per the project plan. There is a Phase 2 implementation project being envisaged now.


Project 5: Post Go Live ERP Administration.

After Go Live I have been given the responsibility of the Organization wide System Administrator.
