• Head of quality for night shift.
o In charge of monitoring quality of all purchased parts from suppliers.
o All parts produced on night shift required my acceptance.
• Involved with multiple CAPAs, first inspections of new products, and development of new inspection methods.
o Experience determining correct AQL levels for new products.
o Experience with validation of new measuring devices.
• Project lead for a CAPA involving over 500 different part numbers.
o In charge of devising a strategy, and executing the plan to investigate all affected products.
o Every product number from one of our biggest customers had to be investigated.
For three months, each part involved in the investigation was inspected for deviation from specifications through every step in its production.
Rollomatic 600X CNC operator May 2008 to September 2010
o In charge of setup, programming, and maintenance for all grinding centers on my shift.
o Programming Fanuc 30 series controllers
o Programming and setup of Rollomatic 600 grinding centers
o Maintenance on Rollomatic 600 grinding centers
o Lead operator for my area, in charge of training multiple new employees.
o Training other operators in programming, setup, maintenance, and part quality.
