Resume

Dear Prospective Corporations:

Please consider me for the associated engineering position that is currently available with your organizations. My enthusiasm and dedication earned me a GPA of 3.5 in the nuclear engineering and technology major at Thomas Edison state college, as well as several academic awards and honors outlined on the attached résumé.

Challenging projects have always attracted my interest. Both inside and outside the military, corporate America and the classroom, I have assumed leadership roles and have been able to creatively solve problems. For a significant amount of time I served my country as a first class leading petty officer in the United States Navy Reactor Department. During these tours with the Navy, I spearheaded several reactor plant operations as well reactor quality insurance inspection audits. During the past two years, I have been employed as a Nuclear Power Quality Technician for General Electric where I have consistently demonstrated my ability to perform any tasks assigned with little or no supervision. I am quite adept at multi-tasking, performing various electrical, mechanical and IT duties as outlined on my résumé. Since being with General Electric, I have been a circumspect for international operations.

I feel confident that my education and experience would make me an excellent candidate for this position. Thank you for your consideration and I look forward to meeting you.

Sincerely,

J.H. Scarlett
