Design, standards and code compliance enforcement during operating systems installations and testing
Commissioning procedure development, implementation, capture and documentation of historical data
PSSR procedure development, implementation, walk-down coordination, validation and audit support
Plant commissioning, start-up and turnover followed by provision of technical support during daily operations
Systems Engineering and Design
DCS/PLC control, electrical, process instrumentation and mechanical systems specification, AutoCAD design and/or supervision, coordination and support of design resources engaged in AutoCAD design endeavors.
PLC programming, HMI graphic design utilizing Rockwell-Allen Bradley RS Logix5000 and Factory Talk HMI as a developing skill set followed by systems’ integration, check-out, plant and/or systems’ commissioning.
