• Conduct daily and weekly site visits to projects primarily in the New York Metropolitan Area to perform various integrity audits including MWDBE compliance programs, prevailing wage compliance, due diligence, and integrity of construction procedures, controls and certifications.
• Gained tunnel experience through weekly site visits to the NYCDEP Croton Water Treatment Plant to monitor welding procedures, welder performance qualifications and welding inspections in accordance with governing regulations and specifications.
• Identified deficiencies and made improvements to the Davis-Bacon Act Prevailing Wage Compliance Program of a client general contractor by conducting site visits to evaluate and monitor the client’s compliance enforcement.
• Prepare reports outlining site visit findings and necessary follow-up activities, and report findings to project managers and various internal departments.
