Directly responsible for the specification development and sales of the company’s Tunnel waterproofing segment across all global marketplaces; primarily within North America.
•Worked collaboratively with the both the internal and external global sales team to identify, and actively pursue all ongoing & upcoming projects, where there would be opportunities for generating multi-million dollar sales

Led the local Sales and Technical team through business development and engineering oversight to record growth within a finite amount of time within the New York City-Greater Tri-State Area through key relationship forging and smart business practices.
•Led the product engineering, technical oversight and sales of building envelope & heavy tunnel infrastructure
•Developed CETCO’s tunnel lining product for use on tunneling projects throughout the world
•Grew the territory 300% in 2012 from 2011, achieving an all-time sales record within the territory

•Handled oversight of controls engineering on project budgeting, scheduling, and workflows over a total of $2.3B of heavy infrastructure, excavation, tunneling, and railroad work
•Coordinated interaction of work across multiple contractors and assisted in the creation of work change estimates
•Employed Value Engineering methods and analysis to create adjustments to cost estimates
