Principal Verification and Validation Engineer 2010 - 2011
Developed company-wide System Acceptance Test (ATP) and Design Verification Test (DVT) procedures for the Radar and IFF Interrogator Systems product lines.
* Led the development of a new CMMI Level 5 compliant System Verification & Validation (V&V) Department.
* Developed 75 page Engineering Standard Operating Procedure (ESOP) detailing department responsibilities, work products, metrics, and interfaces with other engineering disciplines (Systems, Software, Electrical, Mechanical, Quality Assurance) and Program and Engineering Management.
* Consolidated 4 diverse (shipboard, airborne, ground-based) Mark XIIA, Mode 5, Mode S, IFF Interrogator system level requirement specifications into a single unified Baseline Interrogator Prime Item Design Specification using DOORS.
* Developed the Acceptance Test Procedure and Design Verification Test Procedure for the AN/UPX-40 interrogator in DOORS and linked all tests to the top level Systems Requirements Specification.
* Developed cost and schedule efforts for V&V activities in support of new programs and proposal efforts.
* Developed and debugged DVT level tests in the laboratory for AIMS certification testing of Mark XIIA, Mode 5 and Mode S IFF interrogators.
* Led a team of six engineers (V&V, Systems, Electrical design) tasked with generating 8 Environmental Qualification test reports for the UK AWACS IFF Interrogator system.

Served as Systems Engineer on an X-band Multi-Mode Maritime Surveillance Radar in the following roles: Requirements Manager, Test & Integration Engineer, Proof of Compliance Manager, and Deputy Test Manager.
* Developed the AN/APS-508 Imaging Radar and IFF System interface control document (ICD).
* Allocated 1400 system level requirements to test events (ATP, Environmental Qual, EMI/EMC, DVT) and identified test verification methods (Test, Inspection, Analysis, Demonstration) using the DOORS requirements management tool.
* Generated Hardware Requirements Specifications and Software Requirements Specifications for the following radar subsystems: Antenna Pedestal, Receiver/Transmitter, Signal Processor, Microwave Front End, Software CSCIs.
* Wrote and debugged the System Acceptance Test Procedure (ATP) in the radar lab and conducted the ATP prior to qualification testing and delivery of EDM systems to the customer.
