-Assures bi-directional traceability of all requirements phase through the design and test phase of the project and all requirements accounted for including CDRL requirements.
-Assures the integrity of parent/child traceability and version control of the various requirement artifacts are maintained through the establishment and maintenance of a requirements management system (e.g., DOORS).
-Assures all requirement changes are assessed for impact to the overall system and subsystems and that implemented changes are tracked and controlled. Establishes specification of each system and sub-system element and ensuring that those specifications contain the proper allocated requirements, together with any margins allocated to each requirement.

-Provide overall management of projects' design and specialize in the design of power systems for electronic systems throughout the development life cycle, including applications for radar, sonar, communication, displays, etc. used on platforms including land vehicles, land fixed shipboard, aircraft, satellite and missiles.
-Responsible for: maintaining design definition/documentation, ensuring that designs meet technical, cost and schedule requirements, analyzing production failures, determining root cause and develop/implement corrective action, working with supply chain to institute corrective actions at suppliers/vendors to insure product compliance, working component obsolescence, working other customer driven engineering changes, effectively communicating across the program to manage resolution of failures.
-Ensure production system capability, readiness, and continual improvement of the extended value stream: assuring order to delivery capability and functional compliance of manufactured hardware. Ensured discipline focus on performance improvement across the production system properties (product flow, process capability, integrated factories, and managed value streams).
