POSITION: Field Engineer
JOB DUTIES
• Designing Frac job programs with district engineer and frac manager.
• Assist cement and frac supervisors during cementing and hydraulic fracturing.
• Provide post job analysis report to clients.
• Conduct water analysis on frac water, Friction Reducer Compatibility and Gel Testing and Sand sieves such as 100 mesh, 40/70 mesh, 30/50 mesh
• Review frac job design, well support, and provide post job analysis to clients.
• Usage of the following Cudd Energy software:
• Excel Workbook
• * FracPRO And FracLink – Used to track job design and actual job parameters.
* Meyers –Used for monitoring job data.
• Design cement job programs with cementing manager (Surface, Intermediate and Production cementing).
• Designing and laboratory testing of cement blends (Cement, Pozzolon, Accelerators, Retarders, Extenders, Weighting agents, Fluid Loss Agents).
• Perform Bulk & pilot testing of cement slurry for thickening times, compressive strength, fluid loss and free water.

* FracLink - Used for data acquisition and display.
