Managed organizational teams in the creation of comprehensive delivery model while managing off-shore and on-shore teams in the development and implementations of the SymphonyCare product (now part of MEDSEEK) based on the .NET Framework utilizing Agile development methodology to clinics, hospitals, and insurance companies.
