Implementation Manager 2012 to 2013
Managed organizational teams in the creation of comprehensive delivery model while managing off-shore and on-shore teams in the development and implementations of the SymphonyCare product (now part of MEDSEEK) based on the .NET Framework utilizing Agile development methodology to clinics, hospitals, and insurance companies.
• Managed Data Architects, Infrastructure team and offshore development teams in product development, client implementations and configurations and data refreshes.
o Responsible for the scale up of the database from 3 Million to 30 Million patients. Oversaw design of database architecture including datastore design and development, and oversaw all performance and load testing.
o Led data migration efforts for client side data to build Population Management, Care Management and Financial/Revenue Cycle Management functions of SymphonyCare platform.
• Responsible for all IT compliance assessments for privacy and security of healthcare products for ePHI, HIPAA for compliance to the HITECH Act and HIPAA; contracted Coalfire for all testing.
