-Maintained tool health, availability, utilization and throughput time through preventative maintenance and troubleshooting while simultaneously enhancing these indicators through continuous improvements.
-As primary wet etch defect/metrology representative for 2.5 years, participated in numerous defect task forces and ongoing defect reduction efforts.
-Personally conceived, developed and drove a process change resulting in sustainable cost savings of millions of dollars annually across the virtual factory, elimination of thousands of liters of chemical waste, and reduction of product defects.
