Project Engineer March 2011 – Present
• Project: MD City UV Upgrade; $600,000 project scope includes a complete demolition of the existing ultraviolet light disinfection system and installation of a new UV system; and a new water recirculation system, including piping and valves.
• Role: Responsible for majority of purchasing and submitting for entire job; managing foremen and crew leaders on the job to ensure a timely, profitable project; acting as the contractor quality control manager
• Achievement: Gained invaluable knowledge in proper management and budget skills; learned proper negotiation skills; increased knowledge of mechanical installation and wastewater treatment plants.

Project Engineer August 2011 – February 2012
• Project: Annapolis WTP Fluoride Upgrade; $100,000 project scope consisted of installing new storage tanks, including concrete pads and safety showers, chemical transfer pumps and piping; and transfer of existing fluoride to new system.
• Role: Responsible for obtaining all spare parts, Operations Manuals, and training documents; responsible for pay application, submittals, and all change orders. Took initiative to complete punch list and close out project without immediate supervision.
• Achievement: Acquired a wealth of knowledge in the mechanical division of construction; learned how to take a leadership role in a project.

• Projects: Municipal Water/Wastewater Contracts; $50 million annual project estimation consisting of water/wastewater treatment plans, water reclamation facilities, pump stations and booster stations.
