Supervised team of schedulers on this $400 million highway and facilities project for PADOT in Lehigh Valley PA. Was directly assigned as lead scheduler responsible for the cost and resource loaded schedules on two sections of this this new highway project. Conducted weekly job walk-throughs and prepared progress reports for weekly/bi-weekly project management meetings. Prepared minutes for the schedule portion of the project’s meeting minutes. Developed work-around schedules to avoid potential delays identified in the schedule. Documentation of delays with time and cost impact analyses. Worked with resident engineers, client management and legal teams to defend delay claims. Preparation of presentation graphics to illustrate our position in litigation.

1992 - 1993

I-476, Mid-County Expressway (Blue Route), Montgomery and Delaware Counties, PA
Supervised staff of schedulers, and was lead scheduler of two $100 million sections on the Blue Route Construction Management Team. This $500 million transportation project, which was divided into six construction sections, required bi-weekly updating, and continual preparation of time impact analyses to provide PADOT with the most up-to-date status and claims avoidance strategies. Was directly responsible for the CPM schedule development of Sections 200 and 300, which represented over $200 million of intricately phased and environmentally sensitive highway and structure construction. These highly visible projects demanded close coordination with the Army Corps of Engineers, the Department of Environmental Resources and the Fish and Wildlife Commission. All scheduling activities were performed in accordance with PADOT's CPM scheduling specification utilizing Primavera Project Planner
