. Developed cradle to grave process for identifying, tracking and managing DPRI GPMO Reimbursable Requirements.
. Achieved more than $19 million in project savings after reconciling all Navy Public Private Ventures (PPV) phases.
. Facilitated timely pay application process and approval for contractor payments by establishing a records
management system that streamlined the contracting process; converted and reconciled the cost management
system from BudgeTrac to SAP in one week and with 90% accuracy.
. Enabled several projects to be completed ahead of schedule (by as much as six months) after creating a
comprehensive integrated schedule using Primevera software.
. Played an integral role in growing this small consulting business from $120,000 to over $400,000 in revenue and
increased the client base from 5 to over 25.
. Grew annual revenues from just under $1 million to upwards of $1.2 million with minimal additional overhead;
improved and expanded field operations from two direct push rigs to three push rigs and one portable rig; and

Program Controls Manager, NAVFAV PAC (Pearl Harbor, HI) GS-13 ............................................. May 2010 to May 2012

Managed and monitored program requirements, cost and schedule for the Guam Program Management Office (GPMO).
Program budget was over $10 billion annually. Prepared and reported on financial forecast for the entire program.
Ensures requirements were identified, tracked and incorporated in the Master Integrated Schedule for reporting on the
overall program heath for upper echelon reporting and program management. Communicated with Client (Marines), DoD,
Program Management, Business Line Leaders and Project Managers with a team first approach. Analyzed and
interpreted financial data for various reporting needs.



Project Controls Manager, Forest City (Honolulu, HI) ............................................................................... 2008 to May 2010

Managed cost, schedule, and environmental compliance for the Public Private Ventures (PPV) with the Navy, involving
gross construction costs of over $1.3 billion; oversees the pro-forma budget for four PPV phases, the integrated schedule
for over 15 projects; and the Contracts Department with three direct reports. Collaborated with project managers and the
client in a team first approach. Prepared and report on financial forecasts for each phase. Prepared monthly status
reports for the client. Oversaw contract close out.
