I am a leader, with very strong communication skills, managing 40 personnel including team leaders and production workers. I believe that the best way to manage is with respect and listening to employees with an “open door policy”. I was trained under the best Production Manager in the company. I Interact with sales manager, engineers, product designers, production managers, quality control, safety manager, State & IPIA Inspectors and General Manager. and quality assurance managers.I have organizational, production, manufacturing, construction skills, computer skills, following Architectural plans sets and Engineering details, along with strong problem solving abilities. I am an honest and extremely motivated individual. I am willing to relocate with no expense to the company that hires me.
