Engineering Intern
• Created as-built record drawings for local water main replacements projects using AutoCAD.

Purpose of the project was to re-design a 160ft span bridge located on Kings Bridge Rd, Brimfield, MA.
• Designed for the superstructure, deck design, and substructure components of the bridge.
• Used AutoCAD Civil 3D software and Microsoft Excel.
• Team placed first among the class for the most cost efficient bridge design.

Concrete Canoe (2010-2012)
Built and designed a canoe made from concrete and competed against schools all over North America.
• Team member of the mix design, development and testing, and the aesthetic design of the canoe.
• Intensively trained and paddled in the co-ed sprints.
• Placed 2nd in the Northeast Regionals and placed 13th overall in Nationals in June 2012.
Service Learning Project (Spring 2012)
Construction of a one extra bi-directional express bus lane on the Lowell Connector to connect the Gallagher Transit Center to I-495.
• Developed three different alternatives and collected data based on cost estimates, land prices, inflation, and consultation with engineers.
• Recommended best alternative based on cost benefit analysis and the different funding sources.
