• Responsible for the re-design and re-launch of The Teakhut which is Teakdecking Systems’ retail division. Results include a 100% increase in revenue for YTD 2011 with no net increase in staffing or square footage.
• Responsible for the launch of Teakhutonline which is Teakdecking Systems’ first foray into e-tail.
• Managed numerous new product introductions for The Teakhut including entire new lines of business. Supported these introductions with the production of all business and sales process needs including the creation of catalogs, cut sheets, and other marketing materials, etc.
• Designed and implemented Teakdecking System’s inventory control process including part numbers, warehouse location scheme, etc. This process was created from the ground up.

• Responsible for all manufacturing activities of a $100MM per year maker of fire trucks and emergency vehicles contained in a 220,000 sq. ft. facility located on a 43-acre campus. Led a staff of 14 manufacturing professionals and 225 hourly associates.
• Managed the migration of ambulance assembly from a facility in Indiana to Florida. Developed resource and manufacturing plans and created a new facility layout.
• Used Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma concepts to drive significant efficiency gains and cost savings.

Division General Manager – Brunswick Bowling Pin Co.
• P&L leadership of Brunswick Bowling Pin Co. (BBPC), a $10MM per year maker of bowling pins and other bowling equipment including complete operational responsibility for a 100,000 sq. ft. facility as well as complete order-to-remittance sales and marketing responsibility.
• Led a staff of 4 marketing and sales professionals, 6 manufacturing professionals, and 100+ hourly associates.
• Operating results for FY04 and FY05 included a 71% gain in revenue from $4.5MM to $7.7MM, a 166% increase in gross margin from $624K to $1.6MM and an 83% increase in market share from 12% to 22% of worldwide pin sales.
• Led lean deployment efforts in the plant utilizing value stream mapping, spaghetti diagramming, standardized work, cellular organization, visual factory, 6S, and kaizen events. Yielded significant WIP reduction, throughput improvement, and variation reduction as the plant transitioned to continuous flow from batch processing.

Acquisition and Integration Manager
• Responsible for divisional acquisition activity including due diligence and the post-acquisition business integration.
• Managed the acquisition and integration of Vulcan Bowling Pin Co. and BBPC into Brunswick Bowling and Billiards.
