1. Lockheed Martin homeland security project - designed multi-purpose remotely operated vehicles. Presented to Board of Directors our proposal for using the submersible to help in securing our ports, ships and oceans and water systems resulting in donation to university & support of program; will be heading team for further development
2. Successfully patented “green design”, gaining valuable knowledge on how to apply for US patent
3. NASA Space Florida Undergraduate Academy (Lockheed Martin sponsor) Scholar/Intern – built and launched a weather balloon furthering my knowledge of how the ocean impacts global weather patterns
4. Engineering Intern with Tyco - designed security tag testing device which the company implemented. Doing computer designs, working in the labs, attending business meetings and doing presentations were valuable experiences
