Generating designs of composite parts for the aerospace, automotive, motorsport and defence industry. Developing internal processes and modeling methods for aahighly detailed composite designs as well as supporting composite manufacturers in the final stages of DFM and through production. Also liaison with current and new opportunities as well as being involved with several institutes, which encompass composite research and rapid prototyping.
Achievements:
- Successfully ran and delivered project involving producing manufacturing data for composite belly fairing components for AIRBUS A350 XWB aircraft.
- Lead a team of 3 engineers to design, develop and manufacture test samples for research and certification of the A350 XWB composite wing structure.
- Tooling and design of various composite components for SUNSEEKER luxury yachts.
- Composite bodywork and fuel tank enclosure for the BLOODHOUND SSC.
- Composite DFM for BAE Artisan radar.
- Tooling design-AGUSTA WESTLANDS –Future Lynx.
- Aluminium and titanium skin stretch forming tooling design – EMBAER – KC390
- Lead development of new electric car concept – the 550EV Spyder. Powertrain and Bodywork (Internal project).

Involved as a Design Engineer for Innovation and Realisation department. Activities mainly involved the transfer of concept ideas approved by the agency to initial 3D geometry and conducting engineering feasibility studies to prove the idea in its early stage.
Achievements:
Successfully transferred 5 concepts from paper to full scale engineering production.
