 Projects included assisting plant-wide education initiatives for Lean and Six Sigma training, audit preparation, 5S initiatives, and Kaizen events

Industrial Engineer - Intern, Michelin Tires Ardmore, OK Summer 2012
 Worked closely with Senior Engineers to further improve a Quality Inspection Post.
 Developed advanced Microsoft Excel and Access skills for data analysis and problem solving while insuring that product quality was continually improved upon.
 Gathered several necessary skills to implement engineering theoretical issues in practical matters, while learning techniques and new applications to the industrial engineering field in real time.
 One project included time studies, analysis, and work station re-design and re-location of a repair and quality control station. This project helped to reduce bottlenecks, poor workstation design, wasted movements, and costs for the manufacturing plant.
