Senior Project Manager. Design/Build team lead working with Architect to include building materials selection, technical write-up and proposal pricing. Awarded in March 2011($17.4 million). Completed negotiations and buy-out for construction, shipping and life support for on-site workers.

Lincoln Center Addition & Renovations – Fort Collins, CO Jun 2010 – July 2011
Senior Project Manager: Design/Assist Manager of an $8.4 million project which consists of a 18,800 s.f. renovation and 19,900 sf addition to the downtown performing fine arts building for the City of Fort Collins. This building achieved LEED Gold certification.

Lighting, Gas, & Pavement Repair -Peterson AFB, Colorado Springs, CO Jan 2010-Feb 2011
Project Manager. $4.4 million Design/Build project entailing the repair / replacement of high pressure gas line, various pavements, roads, aprons, and parking lots throughout Peterson AFB; an upgrade to Base Electrical Power phase VI: the removal of existing lighting bollards along Peterson East and installation of new exterior light poles in the same area.

Airfield Ops Repair-Peterson AFB, Colorado Springs, CO Jan. 2010-Jan.2011
Project Manager. Airfield Operations Design/Build upgrades. Construction of new force protection requirements, landscaping, and parking lots to include a permeable paver system and an in-laid 30’ diameter 8 point compass. Flight line tarmac improvements to include pavement replacement.

Senior Project Manager. $8.2 million Design/Build project that consisted of approximately 49,000 s.f. of service bays, new laboratories, offices, classrooms, circulation, and support spaces. LEED Certified upon completion.

Patriot Park Defense Complex -Colorado Springs, CO Jul 2005-Dec 2008
Senior Project Manager. $39.1 million, Design/Build construction of the following:

→ Scitor Building - 50,000 sf new Class ‘A’ office building included SCIF areas and additional high security clearance areas controlled with DoD standard systems. Patriot Park included a 65-acre phased site development, all interior arteries, utility mains stubbed into future lots, storm water retention area, and redevelopment of Sand Creek to include concrete drop structures and erosion control protection. LEED Silver Certified.

→ ITT Building 6 - 104,000 s.f. Design/Assist new Class ‘A’ office building on three floors. LEED Gold Certified, was the first LEED Gold in Colorado Springs, CO.

Springs Fabrication-Colorado Springs, CO Feb. 2008-Nov. 2008
Senior Project Manager for a $4.7 million Design/Build project which consisted of a 55,000 s.f. addition to the existing Springs Fabrication site. This new addition doubles the size of the existing structure and reached as high as 80 feet in some areas. Springs Fabrication is a BUTLER pre-engineered metal building with several impressive pieces of engineering inside the building itself, including two 40 ton bridge cranes that span the entire footprint of the building. This building also includes two 20 ton bridge cranes in the high bay, gantry cranes, leveling pads, a blasting bay, and several other features.
