Lean Manufacturing (Stanley Leadership Program)
Responsibilities: Drive Process and Lead Time Improvement by implementing Lean Six Sigma.
•(2013-2014) Report Monthly Lean Scorecard for 8 Plants & 3 Distribution Center (NA & Europe) to Senior Management. Facilitate continuous improvement across 4 plants & 2 Distribution Centers by developing Lean Calendar. Responsibilities included follow up on Scorecard, Project updates & Kaizen events.
•2014-2015) Report Lead Time, Productivity & weekly Scrap for Dallas Operations to prioritize projects & achieve yearly target. Conducted weekly meeting for Productivity to stay on track.
•Facilitated 3 Kaizen events (Assembly Cell working on Kanban, Shipping Quantity Variance & VSM event for Master Scheduling) and participated in 6 including a VAVE (Value Analysis & Value Engineering) with annual savings of more than $250k.
