Engineering Projects
Metal Detectors - Currently leading PGPI’s second largest annual capital project. Project consists of determining plant compatibility for in-line metal detectors and automatic samplers, writing and sending out RFQ’s, choosing suitable contractors, writing SOP’s for procedural usage of equipment, managing project finances, and overseeing installation.

Deep-Sea R.O.V. Thruster - Currently working with a team of four other students to re-design, manufacture, and test a propeller thruster for FMC/Schilling Robotics’ deep-sea vehicles. Project’s scope includes solving seal leakage, reducing service time, reducing unit cost, and designing for manufacturability.

Fall Protection Structure - Implemented a 60’ permanent structure for the purpose of safely and efficiently retrieving product samples from the top of received tanker trailers.
