Concept of operations, system’s high / low-level design requirements were developed. System’s integration, testing, verification and validation phases for software and physical deliverable were accomplished. As a team, we designed, modeled and simulated the integration of two sub-systems: a lean ergonomic edge-belt workstation and a software app for process engineers and line operators. The workstation’s prototype includes several sub-systems that successfully interact with each other to trace the origin of electronic components inserted to each PCB.
