• Worked on growing epitaxial III -V Solar cells and SiGe layers using MBE
• Making carbon coated Samarium Cobalt nanoparticles, for new ways of drug delivery
• Negative refraction studies in photonic crystals using Mach-Zehnder interferometer
• Thermal conductivity measurements of carbon nanotube (CNT) sheets using 3omega method

Photonics Lab (India) 2004 to 2005
• Recording and reconstruction of holograms, in both conventional and digital forms.
• Experiments on determining the hairiness property of yarns under crossed polarized laser were designed and performed
