Planed and manage project alignment of scope by assessing and overseeing ongoing development of baselines. For 2 years created impact assessment evaluations, executive summaries and wrote weekly/monthly reports for the customer identifying significant impacts and trends. As part of the SPY radar group was responsible for providing system engineering and analysis to requirements for the SPY element of the Aegis Weapons System (AWS). System analysis was provided from Baseline concept definition during the System Design Review (SDR), through the Preliminary Design Review (PDR) and Critical Design Review (CDR), and continues with Engineering Test and Evaluation (ET&E) and subsequent Navy Computer Program acceptance. Key Accomplishments:

 Lead responsible radar engineer for 5 domestic and foreign baselines in support of the TechRep SPY group.
 Successfully brought BMD 3.6.1 and Norway 1.5 baselines to completion
 Tested and verified over 2000 requirements for the SPY/Radar element...
