WORK EXPERIENCE DETAILS

My entire career has involved taking a power conversion product from inception to production, most often while leading a multi-disciplinary, cross-functional team. My later assignments involved personnel management and business tasks where I was responsible for cost, schedule and the direct supervision of a technical staff. All positions included both vendor and customer interface.

Almost all of my assignments have involved product marketing and technology research, detailed design, published analysis, technology demonstration breadboards, prototype test and finally manufacturing support. Each of my assignments required producing electronic hardware to meet specific requirements with the goal of lowest-cost manufacturing of the most reliable product.
