Manager/Project Planner
Manage all aspects of 60+ IT & Non-IT projects simultaneously, facilitating a comprehensive project plan including: charter, scope, WBS, work package, PERT, resource loading, and a detailed schedule as well as a cost management, baseline and risk management plan. Perform trend analysis and earned value management (EVM), applying extensive analytical and engineering expertise to stay ahead of issues.
 Project Manager of the Year recipient, recognized for introducing project management methodology to the Caterpillar facility and effectively changing the culture through coaching teams on project controls.
