• Testing electrical characteristics for devices (TiO2, SrTiO3). Structure: Pt/TiO2/Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si. Vertical dimension is 10nm – 100nm, lateral dimension is 100nm - 100um. Involving in using of SEM, AFM, Probe station, Optical Microscopy, Source meter, NI LabVIEW.
• Trying to estimate the temperature of top electrode (Pt). Involving in using of SEM, AFM, COMSOL simulation software, Scanning Thermal Microscopy (SThM) and grain growth theory in thin film Platinum
• Trying to reason the mechanism of electrocoloration of single crystal Materials (STO, Rutile) - Ongoing
Bachelor Project: Mechanism of Microstructures of Melt-spun Ribbons, Prof. Nan Wang’s Group, NWPU, 02/2011-06/2011
• Making and observation of Fe-Sn hypermonotectic alloys ribbons which come from melting-spinning technique
• Trying to reasoning the influential factors on the formation of ribbons

• Designing and making a round container for SCN-H2O, which can produce radial temperature condition
