Experienced party chief. Overall work includes construction layout, title property survey/topographic surveys and data collection work for future construction with collection notes processed and drafted in AutoCAD derivation ready for office use.
Have performed variety of property surveys from small title surveys to large property surveys that have not traded in years, in some cases generations. Also performed large acreage property transfer in extremely rural southern New Jersey between large cranberry farms.
Work includes local road and highway construction layout, power plant construction layout including fossil and nuclear power plants along with chemical and refinery experience. Additional experienced in small airport construction layout needs. Very experienced in layout for utility, concrete and paving construction.
Currently using Wild/Leica equipment including T-1, T-1600/DI-1600, T-2002/DI-2002 and T-3000/DI-2002 with onboard data collection modules. All levels are Wild/Leica including NAK-2. Using Lenker rods along with 25’ and 35’ fiberglass section rods. Levels peg tested and adjusted periodically in the field as needed. All instruments used on Leica up to date tripods.
Currently using Carlson 2004 on notebook computer in the field with HP 450 color printer for print outs to crews constructing utilities, concrete and paving work if needed. AutoCAD based for over 25 years. Have combined AutoCAD with mechanical drawing basics from high school education.
