Directs the planning and administration of the care and upkeep of all physical facilities, 236-acre campus 16 dormitories, 17 academic buildings and a 416-acre agriculture research facility at the University. Oversees the reactive maintenance, operations, and preventive maintenance of all facilities and the utilities system. Assists in the planning and management of the client's capital renewal and replacement budgets as they relate to the support of plant maintenance and improvements. Advises the Site Manager and Director of Facilities on all institutional policies and procedures related to the management of the physical resources of the client.
• Provides leadership and direction in all aspects of administering a facilities management department including strategic planning and customer focused programs.
