Process Engineer I -Amec Foster Wheeler USA, Houston, TX (March 2014 – May 2015)
 Independently accomplished Process engineering for an EPC project to renovate 8 Coke Drums at PEMEX Cadereyta and Madero refineries, Mexico, to maximize safety, efficiency, and production and minimize operating cost.
 Exxon Mobile Research and Engineering alliance: Proficiently completed all tasks assigned by lead engineer for a project from a confidential Russian client. Played a vital role in preparing and delivering grassroots PDP package for 8100 BPSD Hydrotreating/Hydrodewaxing Lube Unit.
 Involved in other various projects to design process equipment and assist in developing PFD and P&IDs.

Major Duties:
• Develop PFDs and P&IDs and update per design change
• Review of vendor deliverables (PFDs, P&IDs, and design criteria) and interact with client regarding any issue
• Write technical documents: Design basis, process description, control philosophy, and Operation manual
• Interact with other engineering department for equipment selection during detailed engineering
• Preliminary design: separators, control valves, pumps, filters, relief valves
• Specification: Heat Exchanger, Air Cooler, PSV, Separators, CV, Filters, Fired Heaters, and Pumps
• Other: Hydraulic calculations, Line sizing, assist in simulations (Pro/II), and heat & material balance
