• Evaluated the technical and commercial viability of converting the existing fleet of gasoline and diesel fueled vehicles to alternative fuels, namely Liquid Petroleum Gas and Compressed Natural Gas
• Evaluated a host of potential projects necessary to sustain or enhance the electrical infrastructure within the Prudhoe Bay Oil Field
• Assessed the feasibility of extending the 69 kV transmission system to the west end of Prudhoe Bay Oil Field to support viscous oil exploration

o Identify and resolve contractual and intellectual property issues relating to GE contract
• Identified technical risks relating to power island and formulated action plans to mitigate
o Led project team’s investigation to change gas turbine fuel composition, including technical, operability, economic and safety impacts to project. Change resulted in $20 MM NPV to project.
• Defined scope of technical support services relating to combustion turbine generator (Frame 7F Syngas CTG for decarbonised fuel)
o Directed GE Power in extensive operability study to address transient gas turbine operation including fuel switching, start-up, shut-down
o Developed scope for Combustion Testing Program for HECA 7F Syngas CTG with GE Power
• Directed engineering contractor and consultants in technical items related to power island
• Developed and maintained engineering and technical documentation relating to power island
• Reviewed and provided technical guidance for engineering specifications, design calculations, drawings and equipment selection

• Electrical Grid Interconnection Accountability
o Managed project interconnection and commercial impacts from Interconnection Request through CAISO Generator Interconnection Process Reform to Phase II Interconnection Study Completion
o Represented Hydrogen Energy in meetings with third-party regulatory agencies (CAISO, PG&E)
o Successfully negotiated lower grid interconnection costs via appropriate application of regulatory tariff to owner’s advantage; savings estimated at $50 MM
