Split time between Test, Quality, Support, and Design engineering.
Test Engineering:
• Design and assemble a design verification test (DVT) setup. Create a communication link between RF equipment; spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, signal generator, audio analyzer, oscilloscope, and power meter via GPIB-USB. Write scripts using Labview to automate product functionality and specifications.
• Install new software updates on test benches (windows, Labview, product software)
• Implement new functionality tests into mainframe (SVN).
Support Engineering:
• Maintain and improve yield percentage on high volume production.
• Help transition new products into manufacturing.
• Support technicians with weekly meetings/updates. Manage cost reduction and obsolete components.
Quality Engineering:
• Acquire production test results using Agile/FLOOR/Microsoft Access software. Filter important tests and results by importing data into MINITAB. Graph results to see any outliers or concerning trends.
