ITT M & C is a Manufacture of Drives along with Vibration Monitoring equipment targeted at the Fluid Control market that is coupled with its Pump Division over the last 90 years. A leading global supplier of Fluid Control Solutions encompassing VFD’s including AC Drives technologies and services. With Direct and Distribution with the Midwest of the United States I have been growing the Channel as well as Direct Sales. There are 12 Distribution branches across the Midwest with utilizing Energy Management and System longevity to grow my territory 3 fold in the next 3 years.

Finn-Power is preparing for a system solution of the 1st fully automated process line. From raw materials to finished product. The North American market was at sales for over the last three years at $30.0MM. At the end of the 1st half we are exceeding $22.00MM selling solutions for stand alone machines and complete automated solutions. Developed sales plans for all sales associates and distributors within a 3 month period. • Increased sales revenue by $250K through the development and training of a Regional Channel Management distribution network.
• Achieved all of my MBO’s (Major Business Objectives) in the 1st 16 months.
