* 8+ years experience with design, creation and characterization of micro/nanoelectronics devices (e.g., SET, QD, MIM-FETT, MIM-TD, graphene FET, MTJ memories, SAW sensors).
* 3+ years experience with III-V compound semiconductors (GaAs/AlGaAs, InP/AlGaInAs/GaInAsP).
