Opamp and output stage, OTA, high-speed opamp, low voltage opamp, compensation, low noise amplifier (LNA), bandgap circuit, voltage regulator, charge pump, fully differential operational amplifier with CMFB, comparator, temperature sensing circuit, sample and hold circuit, switched capacitor circuit, transconductor circuit, VCO, PLL.

• Knowledge of signal processing circuits such as ADC/DAC (both Nyquist and Delta-sigma), continuous time filter (active RC, Gm-C, MOSFET-C), discrete time filter (switched-capacitor).

• Solid understanding small signal operation of analog circuits.

• Knowledge of Digital circuits and DSP. Experience in VHDL, Verilog, MATLAB, C, C++.

• Knowledge of IC layout/floorplan techniques in mixed-signal environment, ESD protection.

• Experience with evaluating and debugging silicon in lab.

• Knowledge of CMOS, BiCMOS, bipolar IC fabrication processes.

• Knowledge of thermal aspects of IC in application environment.

• Familiarity with EDA tools Mentor Graphics, Cadence, HSPICE, PADS PCB layout.

• Successfully created PSPICE models of products using ORCAD.

• Familiar working with oscilloscope, function generator, curve tracer, pulse-source meter, spectrum analyzer etc.
