•Bladder Cancer Simulation Senior Design Project, Fall 2014/Spring 2015: strategize, design, and prototype surgical simulator for TURBT endoscopic procedure. Communicate with medical professionals to produce effective product.
•Collagen Coherency, Spring 2014: performed image analysis, utilizing MatLab, on various samples of immunofluorescent mice tumor in order to quantify and determine the impact of MMP13 enzyme knockout on collagen coherency within the tumor.
•Neural Amplifier, Spring 2013: team of 2, designed and built electrical device that took neural synapsis action potential inside grasshopper, filtered and amplified signal, and had voltage output to computer or speaker.
•MatLab Reaction Time Modeling, Fall 2012: team of 3, developed MatLab program where users can scroll different variables that compose a reaction time. Program displays distribution of reaction times graphically using a random-walk algorithm.
•Sit-to-Stand MatLab Project, Fall 2012: analyzed sit-to-stand mechanism of test subjects using forces recorded on force plates. Wrote MatLab program that took forces then calculated and plotted acceleration, velocity, and position. Trajectory was analyzed and represented in formal report.
