• Designed MATLAB software to fit Fourier coefficents of data to extract polarization of light; fit polarization data to model to determine thickness and index of refraction of lipid layer of the human eye.
• Using MATLAB, contributed to developing software which detected Sjorgen’s Syndrome using thermal images of the eye from patients.

• Characterized two 1550nm external cavity Diode Lasers
• Designed and aligned triangular cavity, and designed optics for mode matching two lasers
• Designed Labview Software and Hardware to frequency and phase lock lasers to a high finesse cavity. The Pound-Drever-Hall technique was used to lock laser to cavity frequency.
• MATLAB thermal simulations for self-phase modulation in cavity
