• Currently developing a Battery lab layout while efficiently using the space in the design and assisting on the Battery testing project by gathering methods to meet the operational requirements and test criteria.
• Conducting Consumer Product evaluations such as Corrosion testing, Impact testing, Strength of materials testing, Torque and tension testing, Heavy metals analysis to help retailers and consumer products manufacturers quantify and analyze the performance of products and suppliers to drive decisions that ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and business success.
• Developing ways to increase productivity and efficiency of technicians and reduce the testing processes lead time.

• Senior Design Capstone Project: Assigned to address the problem with HPD utilization on the 948TE Bell Housing line caused due to the failed leak tests
• Performed process analysis, sequencing and layout improvement to come up with recommendation to increase overall throughput for the Bell housing line
• Recommendation entailed an updating of line loading procedure and changing conveyor system logic to change the buffer zone boundary. Benefits included increased HPD’s utilization from 92% to 97% (based on September’s data)
